Compared to a circumferential juice groove, you always have enough space for cutting and cleaning is child's play.

Do you need a serving board? No problem: you can simply use the back of BRAD as a flat board. Made from high-quality bamboo, it is particularly durable, hard-wearing and dimensionally stable.
