We try to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, the ordering process is automated and changes are no longer possible.
However, please send us a short e-mail to support@campolibre.eu, stating your order number - we will try to help you.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation, and after shipping you will receive another notification including a tracking number. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay and Sofortüberweisung. Purchase on account may be possible via Klarna.

Usually 1-3 working days. If you order by 12:00 p.m., we will ship on the same working day.

Naturally. You can easily return your ordered items (excluding gift cards) within 30 days. Easy. IMPORTANT: Please enclose the delivery note from the delivery or the confirmation email with your return.

After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund usually takes 7-10 working days. The prerequisite is that the items are in their original condition and show no signs of wear.

We do our best to make Campo Libre as sustainable as possible. Since we want to avoid transport routes for products that are actually not needed at all, we have deliberately decided against free return shipping.
If you paid for your order with PayPal, you may be able to have the costs of the return refunded. You can find more information here .

SUSTAINABILITY

When choosing the materials, we pay attention to sustainability. Our aim is to do without plastic as much as possible, but instead to rely on renewable raw materials such as wood or bamboo.
We use 18/8 stainless steel (18% chrome and at least 8% nickel) for our drink and cookware. This is robust and particularly durable.
But when choosing our packaging, we also pay attention to FSC-certified paper from sustainable forestry.

FSC ® stands for "Forest Stewardship Council®". It is an international certification system for more sustainable forest management. FSC-certified forests or plantations are managed according to stricter ecological and social principles and are checked and evaluated for compliance once a year.

We completely avoid plastic in our packaging.

We have a lot in stock. If you need spare parts, send us a short email to support@campolibre.eu, we can certainly help you.

We work with suppliers worldwide. We have our wood products made in small joineries in Munich. We have our drinkware produced in Asia. But we also have partners and production facilities in other European countries. The design and development always takes place in Munich.
CARE

- For light soiling, a damp cloth is usually sufficient. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents.
- Wipe away water immediately, and avoid watering the wood continuously.

We use organic natural oils for care. Apply to a soft cloth and massage into the wood in the direction of the grain. Complete.
