Shipping & Returns
1. SHIPPING COSTS AND COUNTRIES
GERMANY DHL: 1–4 business days – €4.90 (free shipping on orders over €75.00)
EUROPE 1 Shipping countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden
DHL: 1–4 business days – €9.90 (free shipping on orders over €150.00)
EUROPE 2 Shipping countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia
DHL: 1–4 business days – €19.90
United Kingdom DHL: 3–7 business days – €9.90 For deliveries to the United Kingdom, additional VAT, customs duties or other charges such as customs clearance costs may apply. For end customers, these costs are not included in the product or shipping costs and may have to be paid by you to third parties upon import of the goods. VAT is calculated on the taxable value of the goods, which is made up of the cost of the goods, shipping costs, customs clearance costs and customs duties.
Switzerland DHL: 5–7 business days – CHF 14.90 (free shipping on orders over CHF 169.00)
For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a DHL customs clearance fee apply in addition. These costs are not included in the product or shipping costs and are charged directly by DHL on delivery. Import VAT is calculated on the taxable value of the goods, which is made up of the cost of the goods, shipping costs and, where applicable, customs duties.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Please note that the shipping and handling fees cover more than just postage. They also cover transport insurance, the staff costs for our shipping team, and packaging. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
DELIVERY TIME
We do our best to get your Campo Libre products to you as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will usually reach you within 1–4 business days.
If some items take longer to ship, your order will be sent as soon as all items are in stock. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, we will begin shipping as soon as the payment has been received in our account.
Returns
You can return your ordered items within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, provided they are in the same condition in which you received them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please enclose the delivery note or the confirmation email with your return. Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund usually takes 7–10 business days. This is conditional on the items being in their original condition and showing no signs of use.

We do our best to make Campo Libre as sustainable as possible. Because we want to avoid transport routes for products that aren't really needed, we have made a deliberate decision against free returns, and we hope for your understanding in this.
