General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the affiliate program “Campo Crew”

1. Provider and scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern participation in the affiliate program "Campo Crew" of

(“Campo Libre”)

By participating in the affiliate program, the participating persons ("Affiliates" / "Members of the Campo Crew") acknowledge these terms and conditions as binding.

2nd participation

  1. Natural persons aged 18 and over, as well as legal entities with a residence or business address in Germany, are eligible to participate.

  2. Registration via the Shopify Collabs platform and acceptance of these terms and conditions are required.

  3. Campo Libre reserves the right to reject applications or exclude participants from the program at any time without giving reasons, especially in the case of violations of these terms and conditions or applicable law.

3. Commission and remuneration

  1. Affiliates receive a commission on the net order value generated through their individual affiliate link (excluding shipping costs, taxes and discounts).

    • 10% for new customers

    • 5% for existing customers

  2. Orders placed by affiliates themselves are expressly not eligible for commission .

  3. Sales are recorded exclusively via the Shopify Collabs tracking system. Campo Libre accepts no liability if a sale is not recorded for technical reasons.

  4. Commissions are only paid for successfully completed and non-revoked orders. Returns or cancellations do not entitle the buyer to a commission.

  5. Campo Libre may agree on individual terms (different commission rates or conditions) with individual affiliates. These take precedence over the standard terms. The currently valid individual terms are always visible and transparent in the affiliate's personal Shopify Collabs account.

4. Payout

  1. Payment is made via Shopify Collabs to the payment method stored there by the affiliate (e.g. PayPal or bank account).

  2. Payouts are made 45 days after purchase to allow for the customer's 30-day return period.

  3. A claim for payment exists only if the commission amounts recorded in Shopify Collabs comply with the respective payment conditions.

5. Availability and Liability

  1. Campo Libre does not guarantee the availability of specific products or stock levels. No commissions will be paid if products are temporarily or permanently out of stock.

  2. Campo Libre is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures or faulty tracking data, unless these were caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

  3. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or other consequential damages is excluded.

6. Obligations of Affiliates

  1. Affiliates agree not to publish any misleading, discriminatory, offensive or illegal content as part of the program.

  2. Affiliates must comply with all applicable labeling requirements (e.g. § 5a UWG, “#Advertisement”, “Advertising”).

  3. Affiliates may not use Campo Libre brand terms in paid advertisements or domain names without explicit permission.

  4. Manipulations such as self-referrals, fake traffic or spam are prohibited and will lead to exclusion from the program.

7. Term and Termination

  1. Participation in the program is open-ended.

  2. Affiliates can terminate their participation at any time.

  3. Campo Libre may terminate affiliate agreements at any time without notice if these terms and conditions are violated or if content is incompatible with the brand values.

8. Program Changes

  1. Campo Libre reserves the right to change, restrict, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

  2. Affiliates will be informed of any significant changes in a timely manner.

9. Choice of law and jurisdiction

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

  2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of Campo Libre GmbH in Munich.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
