Terms and conditions of participation:

The organizer of this giveaway is Campo Libre GmbH, Reichenhaller Str. 35, 81547 Munich, Germany. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram. Campo Libre GmbH is the sole contact and responsible party.

Eligibility

Any natural person aged 18 or over with a private or public Instagram account is eligible to participate.
Employees of Campo Libre GmbH and their relatives are excluded.

Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated contest accounts, contest groups, or fake accounts are excluded. We reserve the right to disqualify participants suspected of manipulation.

Period:

The competition starts on November 30, 2025 and ends on December 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET).

Participation requirements

For participation to be valid, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Follow the Instagram account @vanwelike
2. Follow the Instagram account @campolibre.official
3. Like the giveaway post
4. Comment on the post according to the instructions in the competition.

Only participants who meet all four conditions will be included in the prize draw.

Instagram is not responsible for participation or submissions.

Winner identification and notification

From all valid entries, one winner will be selected by random generator.

The winner will be notified via direct message on the official Campo Libre Instagram account (@campolibre.official) and publicly mentioned in the competition post.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be chosen at random.
This process is repeated until a person responds within the deadline.

Cash payment, transfer to third parties, exchange or conversion into a voucher is excluded.

Profit

The exact prize will be communicated in the respective competition post.
We reserve the right to adjust the prize amount accordingly if a product is unavailable.

Data protection

The following personal data will be collected and processed for the purpose of administering the prize draw:

• First name Last Name
• Postal address (for sending the prize)
• E-mail address
• Instagram username

The data will be used exclusively for the execution and processing of the prize draw.

After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.  

Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures or delays that may affect participation (e.g. network, server, Instagram problems).
No liability is accepted for prizes damaged or lost in transit.

Early termination and changes

The organizer reserves the right to adjust, change or prematurely terminate the competition at any time for important reasons, even at short notice, in particular for technical or legal reasons.

Final Provisions

By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Legal recourse is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
