Tasty Gnocchi Mushroom Spinach Pan

You need this:

  • 400g of gnocchi
  • 250 g brown mushrooms
  • 300 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 10x cherry tomatoes
  • 1x shallot
  • 1x Cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 dollop of butter
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • Salt & Pepper

You have to do this:

Step 1:

400g gnocchi, dollop of butter
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the gnocchi with a little salt until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 2:

1x shallot, 250 g brown mushrooms, cherry tomatoes
Slice the mushrooms. Chop the shallot into small cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Sauté everything in butter for about 10 minutes

Step 3:

1 tbsp soy sauce, 1x cream, turmeric, salt & pepper
Deglaze with soy sauce, add cream and season well.

Step 4:

400g gnocchi, 300g spinach leaves
Insert the spinach and gnocchi and leave for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little water if the sauce becomes too thick. Season with salt, pepper and some chili.

Of course, the whole thing is also vegan! Simply swap cream for plant-based cream. But you know anyway! ;) Enjoy it!
